Reaction Kickboxing

Posted on: April 12th, 2011 by Nathan Reid

Sheffield ladies Feeling fit & Feeling safe.

With local stories hitting the news regularly of missing people, personal attacks on women and violence. How can ladies feel safe walking alone late at night or working in isolated environments?

A brand new self defence and kickboxing club has opened in sheffield specifically tailored for women making them stronger, fitter and confident.

Reaction Kickboxing is a non contact class. “We use pads to strike not people”.
You don’t need to be strong and flexible although these can be just a few of the benefits from regular training. We have a unique programme for ladies between the ages of 14 – 45. Encouraging mums and daughters, sisters, aunties and friends to join in feel safe and have a lot of fun.

Classes are held at Ecclesfield Community Sport Centre, every tuesday from 26 April 2011 8.30 pm – 9.30 pm.
