Ladies league ready to return

Active8 Sheffield and the Sheffield & Hallamshire County FA’s women’s 6-a-side league is back for a second season. Following on from a highly successful debut season the women’s 6-a-side league is looking forward to pushing on to bigger and better things. The league will return in the same slot as last year, Thursday nights at 6:00pm and will be played under the floodlights at King Edwards Community Sports Centre.

Last season saw the league comprise of 8 teams, with a wide range of abilities accommodated. Both Sheffield Universities were represented. Other teams included established teams looking for extra practice and groups of friends who wanted to keep fit and have fun.
