Boxercise returns with a bang
Boxercise returned last week at Ecclesfield, starting at a new time of 7pm is proving to be a massive hit with customers and we hope this will continue.
Please come along and try this fun, exciting and pain free way to exercise, don’t worry if you haven’t put a boxing glove on before that doesn’t matter our instructor Marvin Wilson will take you through everything.
